At Café Nairobi, we’re committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle orders, processing times, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times for our products, including Café Nairobi coffee, brewing equipment, and branded merchandise. Please note that our shipping policies vary slightly depending on the type of product purchased.
- Coffee Orders: All coffee orders are typically roasted and processed within 1-2 business days. This ensures that you receive fresh coffee with optimal flavor.
- Merchandise & Brewing Equipment: Items from third-party suppliers may require additional handling time and are generally processed within 2-4 business days.
Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
We offer various shipping methods, and delivery times depend on the shipping option chosen at checkout and the destination:
- Standard Shipping (Coffee): Free on all Café Nairobi coffee orders within the United States. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days once shipped.
- Standard Shipping (Merchandise & Equipment): Shipping fees apply to branded merchandise and brewing equipment orders. Fees are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- International Shipping: Available for most products, with delivery times and costs calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applicable in their country.
Upon shipment, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active. If you haven’t received your package within the estimated timeframe, check your tracking link or reach out to our customer support at info@cafenairobi.com for assistance.
Some items may have specific shipping constraints:
- P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Currently, we only ship to physical addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
- High-Volume Orders: During peak seasons or sales, orders may take slightly longer to process. In such cases, we’ll notify you via email of any delays.
While we aim to partner with reliable carriers, unforeseen issues can occasionally arise. If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 15 days of delivery to assist with claims and replacements.
For orders marked as delivered but not received, we recommend the following steps before contacting support:
1. Confirm with household members or neighbors if they may have received the package.
2. Check with your local postal office using the provided tracking number.
3. Contact us if the package is still missing after six business days from the stated delivery date.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders lost in transit but will work with you to find a resolution.
International customers are responsible for any additional charges such as customs fees, duties, or import taxes. Café Nairobi, Inc. does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.
