Welcome to Café Nairobi. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://cafenairobi.com), services, and products, including membership in the Café Nairobi Coffee Club. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
Café Nairobi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. Please ensure your information is accurate and updated regularly.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Café Nairobi strives for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we reserve the right to:

- Modify or discontinue products without notice
- Limit the quantity of products for sale
- Cancel orders at our discretion
Membership is available under the following terms:
- Subscription fees apply and will be charged as per the selected plan.
- You may cancel membership anytime via your account settings.
- Membership benefits, including free shipping on all coffee products, are non-transferable and subject to change with notice.
- Coffee Products: Free shipping on all Café Nairobi-branded coffee bags.
- Branded Merchandise and Brewing Equipment: Shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout.
- We partner with third-party providers for dropshipping on select items; estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Additional customs duties or taxes for international orders are your responsibility.
- All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice.
- Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Café Nairobi accepts major credit cards and other specified payment methods. You confirm that you have authorization to use the chosen payment method. All transactions are processed securely by third-party payment processors.
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Customized or perishable items, such as certain coffee products, are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, excluding shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part.
All website content, including trademarks, logos, product images, and text, is the property of Café Nairobi, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to:
- Use our services for illegal purposes
- Disrupt or interfere with our services
- Transmit harmful code or malware

You agree to indemnify and hold Café Nairobi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services without notice for any violation of these Terms or at our sole discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
1. Informal Negotiation: We encourage an initial 30-day negotiation period for dispute resolution.
2. Mediation: If unresolved, disputes proceed to mediation in Delaware.
3. Binding Arbitration: As a final step, disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Delaware. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Café Nairobi concerning the services and supersede all prior agreements.
